if you are not,you will need to use a web proxy.
go to: www.ukryj.info or proxyhideout.com or zmien.info.
paste this: www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=1244
then hit enter (idk if you have to enter the contest,just try it without entering the contest first)
once it is done loading you can close the project and go to your suite.it should be in a starplaza bag :)
